For anyone wanting to move in the Summer, but don’t feel comfortable with an estimator in their home , C&C Moving has the solution. We are providing video call estimates via the Zoom app. The virtual walkthrough will consist of the client showing the items to be moved while the estimator, on the other end, will take notes and ask pertinent questions regarding the move. Through Virtual Moving Estimates we are available to do an inventory as accurate as the ones our company does onsite.
How To Make an appointment?
All you need to do is call our customer service representative, provide your name, phone number, and email address to set up the moving estimate via the Zoom app. Also, as a reminder, a notification via email on the day of your appointment will be sent. All you need from then on is a phone with video capabilities, and download the Zoom app.
On the day of the appointment, you will receive a phone call from our moving estimator to help you set up your phone and begin with the estimate.
How does it work?
While holding your phone, you will proceed to do a walkthrough showing the items you wish to move. At the same time, the estimator will take notes and ask or answer any pertinent questions regarding the inventory. They are capable of helping you and make the perfect plan to get you to your next home.
After finalizing the virtual moving appointment, you will receive the inventory in your email, and if agreed with the price, contact the office for further assistance.
With this method, we can have a clear understanding of exactly what is going, staying, and which belongings need special care.
On the day of the move, our crew members will wear protective masks, gloves and proceed to prep the furniture and any other items with moving blankets, shrink wrap, tape, and bands. Then, it will load and accommodate all items in the truck to be safe while on route.
Rest assured, our movers will take care of your belongings. Also, once they arrive, they will prep your new home to make sure each piece that comes off the truck is placed exactly where you want it.
